Open floor discussion concerning this coming Leadership Conference in February. It is unclear if there is a specific Treasures Track at this conference; therefore it is also unclear if Teri needs to attend. The Leadership Agenda has been published; however the Officer Agenda has not. Teri Identified that last year at National she was advised that they were adding a specific track for the State Treasure however it has not been confirmed as the specific agenda is not published yet. Teri will call her contact at National to get further information before December 31, 2006, which is the early bird registration cut off date.
~ Motion by Cathi Legg that NMENA approve Teri Baughman to attend the Leadership Conference in February if there is a specific Treasure Track and
that NMENA pay the travel stipend of 1,500.00 to Teri should she need to attend. If there is not a specific track for treasures then NMENA would not
   pay the travel stipend.
