WEB page update:
- Adrianne met with the Lobo Internet Service; Brian Burton is the main designer
- Brian will have to rebuild the site which has multiple phases to the process. The first is to design the site, then get our feedback
- A 2nd tier page can be incorporated that allows for the content and graphics.
- Can do a monthly upload of information, such as any class offerings. Anyone with the password could do the changes and additions
- Once he is done we should not need annual updates.
- Lobo will maintain and keep the site going for $35.00 / month. Brian estimates he would need about 20-30 hours to build the site which would cost approximately $1,300.00 - $ 1,900.00.
- We would need to put 50% down based on the low estimate; the final payment is due upon completion.
- Adrianne will e mail site information to anyone who wants to view his work
- This is a well established company (since 1996) and has a wide range of experiences. Brian has been designing WEB sites for 9 years now.
- Lisa E expressed that her church uses this company
- Financially this is feasible as we currently have approximately $23,000.00 in the bank.
- National is currently working on their own site as well.
~ Motion by Lisa E that we go forward and have Lobo build our site
