The meeting was called to order at 6:10pm by Sue Smuda
Present: Sue Smuda, Kim Dixon, Tammy Buckles, Teri Baughman, Patti Hill, Adriann Mischel, Jean Gomez
Delegates to General Assembly
We can send 5 delegates and 2 alternates to General Assembly. Teri will send out the call for delegates to the membership by Aug 3 with a 2 weeks turn around time. Deadline to turn in delegate names to National is July 15. All officers are to turn in applications. The applications must be in by deadline to be considered, no late applications will be considered.
Pediatric survey
Sue stated she was emailed and asked to send a link to our membership for a pediatric survey. Sue will forward link to Teri to send out to the membership.
Posters
Sue was sent some suicide prevention posters and she presented them to the group. Sue asked for the members present to give her feedback on the posters so she could pass the feedback to the focus group.
Sue provided a summary of her Presidents call with David Westman.
CEN Conference
Teri presented a draft budget for the CEN Review – passed
Patti wrote a draft vendor solicitation letter – approved
Stipends
Discussion of per diem reimbursement. Motion made by Adriann to require receipts for per diem reimbursement, seconded by Tammy, motion passed.
