Conference Calling for Future Meetings

Members from around the state have expressed an interest in participating in ENA via conference calling or webcam.  Involvement from others is welcome.    While the capability exists, a location needs to be found.  Kevin was unable to get information for this meeting.  Adriann reported that potential resources to conference call from Presbyterian exist but the logistics of doing this from PHS is not feasible at this time.

Jean Gomez will investigate a potential resource to hold a conference call meeting.

Webinar or WebCam is not a viable option at this time.

The logistics and resources available to make this happen need to be investigated.  Kevin and Jean will continue to pursue their potential resources.

The March Meeting should be targeted for a conference call meeting.

Kevin MacFarlane and Adriann Mischel will investigate potential resources for conference calling.

The March Meeting will be a conference call meeting if the appropriate venue is available.

Pending review at the next meeting.
