State Council Report Procedures

Purpose:

To define the written report process and frequency of reporting, in order to create consistency and clarity of communication, as well as facilitate meeting requirements with National.

  1. Annual Report:

    1. Chapter President will acquire the Annual Report form from National
    2. Information included:
      1. Information on the State Council Officers
      2. Committees
      3. Meetings
      4. Any publications
      5. Operations
      6. Activities
    3. The report will be submitted in a timely manner to meet the requirements of National
  2. Financial Report:

    1. The financial report will be submitted to the National Association by June 1 each year
    2. Information included:
      1. Balance sheet
      2. Statement of revenues and expenses
      3. Budget proposal for the year
      4. Current membership
    3. Monthly:
      1. The treasurer will present a financial status report to the membership attending scheduled meetings
      2. The report will be submitted in writing and posted to the Chapter website by the secretary for general statewide membership access
  3. Committee Reports:

    1. Monthly:
      1. Each committee chair person will present information related to activities and outcomes achieved to the membership attending scheduled meetings
      2. The report will be submitted in writing and posted to the Chapter website by the secretary for general statewide membership access
